First of all, Thank you so much Dan Moss for encouraging me to really put this into my schedule. I changed my blog's name into Xinfully delight as well :)
Lots of ideas in my head and I am quite excited! It's like a dreaming project! So far, I plan to have several sections:
INdulgent: on some weekends, I will try one new restaurant/interesting food stores in Indy or new dishes in pretty good restaurants I've been to before. I will take some quick notes with some pictures.
Food mad lab: I will use a scientific way to play around one recipe/theme with comparison taste test.
Sweet teeth: Dessert/sweets is my immortal love. So I will definitely leave HUGE space for this! It might be a taste test or a recipe demo.
Brave connoisseur: Be brave to new treat! No matter haggis or chicken feet or smelly cheese. I will keep chasing bizarre food along the journey! Again, It might be a taste test or recipe demo. Also, I might take ideas from forum to accomplish some recipe challenge and put them here!
